The minimum amount of chips required to be eligible for redemption is 500 chips. You will not be allowed to redeem anything lesser than 500 chips. Chips in this context refer to rupees. 1 chip = 1 rupee.

The decision to allow players redeem in the event, he/she doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria is entirely ours. The validity of which might not be questioned. Player’s history with us would be taken into consideration in such cases and the player may require a security check before such redemption is processed. All applicable charges will have to be paid by the player himself.

Players can write to us at support@asiarummy.com for any more information regarding redeems. The player cannot claim redeems for chips that have been used up in playing or had already been redeemed. Redeem would only be applicable for the balance number of chips available in the player’s account.

rummygame Games Cancellation Settlement Policy

Should a 13 card Indian rummy game be cancelled at rummygame.com due to a technical glitch at our end, the following games cancellation settlement policy shall be followed. Kindly find that this policy is applicable to players who were on the verge of winning or even won the game at the time of cancellation.

Points Rummy Cash Game:
If a Points Rummy Cash Game were to be cancelled due to a technical glitch at our end, the table balance of all participating players would be restored to the amount at the beginning of the cash game and credited back to the each player’s account balance.

Pool Rummy Cash Game:
In the event of cancellation of a pool rummy game, the sum of entry fees of all the players excluding rummygame’s service charge paid by the players eliminated prior to the round game got cancelled, would equally be distributed to those players remaining in the table. Kindly find that this policy is applicable to players who were on the verge of winning or even won the game at the time of cancellation. Should the game be cancelled during the first round, only the entry fee minus the service charge shall be refunded to the players.

Deals Rummy Cash Game:
In the event of cancellation of a deals rummy cash game, the sum of entry fees of all the players minus the rummygame’s service charge paid by the players who have been eliminated prior to the round game was cancelled, shall equally be distributed to all the players remaining in the table.

For Tournaments:
Freeroll Tournaments:
In the event of cancellation of Freeroll Tournament, rummygame has three options to process the settlement:

Void the tournament:
If the tournament is cancelled prior to its commencement or during the first round, the tournament would remain void and no prizes shall be distributed.

Settlement for the current round:
The prize pool reserved for the cancelled round shall equally be distributed among the players qualified from the last completed round.

Settlement for the unfinished rounds:
Prize amount for the all the remaining rounds shall equally be distributed among the players that have qualified from the last completed round.

Cash Tournaments:
In the event of a cancellation, the entry fee paid by players who have been eliminated up to the last completed round and the remaining amount shall equally be distributed among players that have qualified from the last completed round.
